Oh man. I almost missed my first class today. It started it 8:15am and goes to 9:50am. I woke up at 8:40am. Yikes. I hate having to run across campus, I'm just glad the building was one of the closest. We were just reviewing today though, which is good and I'm glad I don't have one of those profs that refuse to let you in if your late.

I've changed my mind about the Michelle Branch concert. While I have no problem working security, its actually pretty fun, but I draw the line at having to be there to setup her equipment and helping to unload the trucks. Screw that. Its one thing if its an event we are putting on with small bands from the area. I don't really care for her music that much anyway. I just might purchase a ticket(pretty cheap with the student discount) or buy her CD if I get around to it.

I finally had a chance to play the PC version of Halo:Combat Evolved. I love this game. I dont' usually play first person shooters but the graphics, gameplay, script, etc is great. Granted I'm only in the beginning but I've finally found a game that can test the power of my new laptop. Yay :)

Sorry to say there isn't much to say today. This weeked was pretty uneventfull. I did get view the new GI Joe movie, Spy Troops. Watching it brought back to many memories and has actually made reinterested in the series/toys. GO JOE! I am looking forward to this week though. For the most part it seems to be lite on work which means more time to relax, read and play games. :)

Ever had a day that just went from bad to worse? Well today was one of those days for some reason. I couldn't sleep last night so I kinda woke up pissed off. After class I almost tripped and almost fell a few times. Other then that I just generally felt bad. Watching my copy of Escaflowne did help things but what really made my day were two things. An orange and a banana. Just those two simple things. Strange isn't it. I love the simple things in life.

Another slow day. One interesting thing though. I'm going to be working security at a Michelle Branch concert that is being held at my college on Oct 10. Seeing that I helped with the comedy concert last year, we had Dave Chapelle and Jim Breuer, I should get a good post at this latest concert. I can't wait.

Well the weekend is coming to an end. Not that bad of one either. I was finally able to rest. :)

On Saturday, college's Student Activities Committee which I am apart of, put on a Battle of the Bands. Strange when I hear that I think actual bands but out of the 8 acts there were only two real bands while others did their own thing music wise. Being in the actual group that was putting this on, Annual Events, maybe I should have been there for the full event but I can only take loud noise for so long. Hmm maybe this could be the reason I don't go to concerts when I have the chance.

Besides the noise I just couldn't get into the music. Slow semi-country songs and hard punk rock just aren't my things, neither cover songs from artist I don't really care for.

On the plus side I've finally gotten my hands on Final Fantasy Unlimited. Well kinda. I'm currently downloading it now thanks to Streamload and Anime Horizons . I'm only up to episode 3 but so far I'm really enjoying it but then again I'm a huge fan of the games.

Nothing to interesting for this post. Its late or really early depending on how you look at it. Well it seems that Isabel has weakened somewhat. Still it has cause a lot of damage already. I'm just glad I didn't have to experience it firest hand, though it might have been interesting.

On the a good note I'm so glad its the end of the week. I don't think I could take anymore from classes or just dealing with people in general at times. I just want to relate this weekend.
