Man, it's been way to long since I've made a post. I guess that shows how boring life can be. So where to begin. Well I finally took my GRE (Graduate Record Examinations) which I needed to finish off my graduate school application. Now I just have to worry about paying off the rest of my tutiion at Susquehanna University. Parents are sending out a check today or tomorrow so that will help and the school can finally release my transcripts. Yup folks, still depending on my parents but I look at it as a plus. Not many people have this option, I have to consider myself lucky and glad I'm able to at least attempt to continue my education before going out into the workforce. Having a Masters Degree in hand is something I'm looking forward to. I just hope hope my GRE scores are good enough. Basiclly it was the SAT all over again just with harder and longer words during the verbal section. Seeing as I got a 1060 on my SAT and my GRE score was close to that(which it was higher but I'm going off the raw verbal and math (they were called something else officially) and the writen part with the essays weren't factored in the score. Seeing as my SAT along with my high school classes allowed me to get into Susquehanna University I'm hoping my GRE and transcripts from SU will allow me to get into Kutztown University's Graduate School. Only problme is my college GPA. Not below a 2 but not above a 3. Yet all my major courses were B or better. Not to mention that the requirements for SU were higher then KU and SU cost more. I'm hoping I get in. If not then it's the working force with my BA in hand till I can get into Grad School.

Which leads me to another topic. After years of waiting and being held back, because parents felt I wasn't ready or weren't ready themselves for whatever reasons parents have(price of their car insurance going up) I finally got my driver's license today. The only trouble I've had before had to do with parallel parking. I'm just glad that I don't always have to do it due to the area I live in and will be going to school in. Still it's been long overdue. With money I can now get my own car but holding off on that for a month or so till I find what I want. Which will be a Jeep of some kind. Not an SUV but something long the lines of Tracker or something. I don't what anything big. Reason for a jeep is due to the winters in Pennsylvania. A card is great but I figure I'd get better deal on gas with something smaller but higher off the ground to deal with snow(we are about to enter winter here) but would allow me to have passengers and still carry items(whatever they may be). I just have to wait for it to come in the mail.

Other then that life has been good. Finally getting closer to the point where I can break away without much trouble. Next comes the car, school or job. If I can get into school, the first stop is the career service section of the school to talk about internships. My goal is once in school is to have a place to work(with possiblity of continuing fulltime) that takes advantage of my already earned degree so that once I'm done with grad school I don't have to come home. I really don't since I feel I need to take that next step once it presents itself. Even if I have to come home, I'll have steady work and salary that I can start looking for an apartment or house to rent at the time.
