So the kids are back in school. Honestly things aren't as bad I expected them to be. However that could very well be because they haven't started using the computers yet due to various reasons. That should be sorted out on Tuesday though and then the real "fun" begins I'm assuming. All in all I'm really enjoying the new job. It's close to home and I enjoy what I do. However I am taking the extra step to make sure I have a bottle of Aleeve on hand at all times. :)

Next plan of action is to try and find something to do outside of work. I've been concentrating on school for so long my social life has suffered. Most of my friends either live in other cities or other states or have started families of their own. Some I've simply lost contact with all together. I do have some friends work at the school along side me but they have their own lives, one of them being married. However given the area I live in any activity will be a nice drive away so I'm aiming for the weekends in something in the surrounding city areas. I could always take up golf as I haven't done so since high school. The same goes for tennis as well. I do want to try horseback riding but that could be pretty costly I think. There is a martial arts school (well two but one is really expensive so that's not an option already) close buy but will need to check their prices. So that's the plan for this weekend I think, to make a list of different possibilities for fun and for ways to meet new people.

I got the job!!! :) I started a few weeks ago but it was made official on the 30th of July. I'm a technology specialist for a school district now, in fact the same one I interned at. Well that's a huge worry off of my mind to be honest. So now comes saving and generally trying to enjoy myself.

On a different note I have gotten the last Harry Potter novel though. My sister and I ended up going the night it was released to pick up her copy at Borders while I picked up mine the next day at Walmart (more copies left there). Haven't finished yet but so far it's really good. Might do a review once I'm done, which should be soon since I'm more then half way done.
